The amount of videos I've seen of some guy doing 12k+ damage combos with saw cleaver in NG+7 is just silly. Serrated bonus is bullshit and shouldn't exist, to be honest, since it gives a large advantage to these particular weapons in PvE. The Saw Cleaver and Saw Spear are much more broken overall. the only questionable attribute was the extreme stagger potential it had. I don't really think Ludwig was that overpowered looking back as far as stamina consumption goes.
